Often, yes. Some brokers can move an existing account to LotsBack. You ask in the broker's portal, and LotsBack tells the broker who you are. Others need a new account opened through the partner link.
Because your broker has not confirmed it yet. It becomes Verified when the broker's report matches it, and Available when the week is released.
